My artwork varies in media and scale but often begins on location and sometimes even ends there.  Other times it is a combination between the studio, the outdoors or imagination and can sometimes take several months or even years before a piece is complete.

However, during this working time it is very important I remain focused and not impart technical knowledge over true intention.  In awareness of this, it may sometimes lead to artwork or areas of a piece remaining technically unfinished by comparison but accurate throughout in its intent, while still evoking reality.
